Terms of Service

Welcome to PRIMASELECT FINANCIAL LLC dba PRIMA CLEANING SERVICES (“PRIMA CLEANING SERVICES,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (primacleaningservices.com), contact forms, and residential cleaning services (collectively, the “Services”).

By submitting your information, requesting a quote, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services.

By requesting service, you represent that:

You are the owner or authorized occupant of the property

You have authority to request and approve cleaning services

2. Quotes & Service Requests

We do not provide instant quotes or online booking.

All quotes are based on the information you submit through our website or provide during communication

Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, or scope of the home differs materially from what was described

Services are scheduled only after confirmation via SMS, phone, or email

3. Scheduling & Access

We provide appointment windows (typically 1–2 hours unless otherwise specified)

We will attempt to notify you of delays when possible

You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property

Failure to provide access (e.g., lockout, missing entry instructions, unsafe conditions) may result in cancellation fees (see Section 5).

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing

We accept major credit and debit cards

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge for services, add-ons, applicable fees, and taxes

Recurring services may be billed automatically based on the agreed schedule.

Returned payments or chargebacks may incur a fee of up to $35 plus any outstanding balance.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Lockouts

You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge

Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee

Same-day cancellations or inability to access the property may be treated as a completed appointment and charged accordingly

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to safety concerns, weather, illness, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work.

If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service. We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion.

7. Items, Valuables & Pets

Please secure valuables, fragile items, firearms, and confidential documents before service

We are not responsible for damage to unsecured, unstable, or pre-damaged items

You must inform us of pets in the home

We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet or condition presents a safety risk.

8. Service Limitations

For safety and insurance reasons, we do not provide:

Biohazard cleanup (blood, bodily fluids, excessive waste)

Hoarding or extreme conditions

Mold remediation or pest control

Exterior window cleaning above second story

Heavy furniture moving

Tasks requiring ladders beyond step stools

Additional restrictions may apply.

9. Damage & Liability

We are insured and take care in providing services.

Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photos

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

We are not liable for:

Normal wear and tear

Pre-existing damage

Improperly secured items

10. Non-Solicitation of Staff

You agree not to directly hire, solicit, or contract any cleaner introduced through our Services for 24 months following your last service.

A referral fee of $2,500 applies if you wish to hire a cleaner independently.

11. SMS Communications & Consent (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

By providing your phone number through our website (primacleaningservices.com) and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from PRIMA CLEANING SERVICES.

These messages may include:

Inquiry responses

Quotes and follow-ups

Appointment scheduling and reminders

Service updates and customer care messages

Occasional promotional offers (only if separately opted in)

Message frequency: Varies (typically 1–5 messages per inquiry or appointment)
Message & data rates may apply

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or message content with third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Disrupt or interfere with website functionality

Transmit malicious code

Copy, scrape, or reuse content without permission

All website content is owned by PRIMA CLEANING SERVICES or its licensors.

13. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

Merchantability

Fitness for a particular purpose

Non-infringement

14. Limitation of Liability


Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRIMA CLEANING SERVICES will not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Lost profits or data

Business interruption

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRIMA CLEANING SERVICES from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:

Your misuse of the Services

Your violation of these Terms

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
